Patient
Dr Diaz is a wonderful, good, reliable ,professional ,attentive very educated doctor. I usually do not provide reviews. When I go in for my appointments the nurses at the counter are very nice ,polite, and professional. I called for my husband blood pressure medication to be refilled .Mrs. Cindy a wonderful professional, helpful employee said it had been since October of 2024 so he need a appointment to see the doctor. I ask if he was available July 15,2025 the same day his appointment with Dr Heir. I was told he will be out next week. I ask for the first available appointment. I was told to hold on. Another staff member came on I recognize the voice .She ask what can i help you with. When I asked if the original referral was still on record she said no with a sigh. I stated "I am sorry i do not mean to bother you" I explain Mrs. Cindy said i could get blood pressure medication until my husband appointment. The staff member said he can not get blood medication until he is seen by the doctor. I explained to her i am almost sure when i called for a referral to the podiatric she ask why i am getting a referral when they have a podiatry in the office so i took the information and canceled the podiatry that was schedule in two days. I called made an appointment with the in house podiatry and he went to see .Dr. Saakshi Chowdhary she prescribed EB-N6 Delayed Release 180ct for 159.00 nonformulary and not covered by insurance (two reviews say it did not help and one said it did some). She stated "let me get doctor Chowdhary to prescribe something else". I told her no thank you. My mistake should not have let her change my mind the first-time about canceling the specialist. I guess he will keep taking over the counter low dose aspirin until August 20,2025.Five stars for Dr Diaz Five stars for the nurses at the desk and Mrs. Cindy .None for the staff member on the phone.
