Dr. Devinder S. Bhatia, MD

I have been trying to get a estimate for my husbands up coming surgery, and my insurance has been trying to get a estimate for self pay rate from Dr. Bhatia office, since the provider is out of network with my husband insurance. We have been trying to get this done with the office manager Michelle since 10/30/25. My insurance tried to call and speak with the office manager Michelle today 11/7/2025, and Michelle was VERY RUDE to the insurance rep. Michelle told her that she needed to call her on Monday which she said that to her last week on Tuesday 11/28/25 that she would have the estimate for her this week. My insurance representive said no she can not wait until next week, she needed this taken care of today. Again Michelle was very rude and told her that she had 3 other patient on the phone and did not have time to deal with this and hung up on my insurance representive. That is very unprofessional!! I called myself today around 11:45 AM and spoke with Missy who was very nice. Missy told me that Michelle was gone for the day. So now I will have to wait until next week to see if Michelle has the time and patiences to get this taken care of, since Michelle is appearantly the only person that can give the estimate. That is not the way a health care employee should speak to a insurance or a patient that is trying to give you there business.

Dr. Bhatia And his entire staff are wonderful people, they are caring, very knowledgeable and helpful and communicate perfectly. Dr. Bhatia himself, is a god-given miracle worker! he saved my life and his surgery was much more safe and healing than traditional open heart surgery. he is a wonderful human being!

This surgeon is the best of the best I have never seen any doctor give the time to answer all questions concerns and literally take time to explain every little detail. My husband hand triple bypass and he was so nervous but after speaking almost 30 minutes in the hospital room with us we was not quite as nervous we knew he was in good hands. The care he gave us before and after the surgery was just amazing thank you so much Dr. Bhatia and your team you are the BEST

He is the best. He took an extremely hard case of my brother where 2 heart valves needed to be replaced by tradicional open heart method. It was a reoperative procedure. No other surgeon in the city or nearby cities where we lived was willing to get their hands on him. Dr. Bhatia on the contrary as a true surgeon made the impossible possible. May God Bless him Always and Thank you again. He is not a surgeon just by his degree, but by his expertise.
