CareNow Urgent Care - Atascocita

It was the first time I had ever been there. The receptionist was very sweet, very helpful. The nurse was very helpful. She wanted to make sure that I was not there for very long because I was sick with a virus. The provider, she was very sweet as well, took the time out to explain my medication, took the time out to see what exactly my symptoms were, and took in to consideration of my health and making sure that I got plenty of rest and if I did not feel better to go back within 2 to 3 days, I would highly recommend this place.

Here's a polished version you can post as your review: I've been coming to this CareNow Urgent care-Atascocita clinic every time I get sick, no matter what I'm dealing with, and they are always wonderful. They get me in quickly, and I've never had an unusually long wait. I usually check in through the website, which makes the process even faster and easier. The staff here are consistently kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They're easy to talk to, always respectful, and they make me feel listened to and taken care of. I actually pay more out of pocket to come here than I would to see my regular doctor, but it's worth it to me. I'd rather pay a little extra and receive great service with minimal waiting than go somewhere else and feel rushed or ignored. Highly recommend this clinic. Came in last night with my 6 year old not feeling well. The wait time was less than 30 mins for us and everyone from the front desk to the lab tech and doctor were wonderful , polite , and very helpful. They didn't keep us waiting around and our total visit was about an hour or little more. The doctor made sure she went over things thoroughly and listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.

I took my son there for a muscle strain injury, the online check-in process was very user friendly and put us in line without physically being there. We arrived at the estimated scheduled time and we're taken back within a few minutes. The nursing staff and Doctor were AMAZING. Very thorough to evaluate everything to assess the proper possible diagnosis and treatment. Now 3 hours later my son is feeling much better and able to function more than he could before we went. I'm very grateful for their help today and will definitely return as needed.

My first visit to CareNow Atascosita was a wonderful surprise. I was feeling like warmed-over c&*p, wheezing, headachy, and exhausted. After registering online, I sat in the waiting room for maybe five minutes before I was ushered into a waiting room. The med tech told me there were two people ahead of me but it shouldn't be long. And it wasn't--I was seen within 10 minutes by Dr. Clesi. Dr. Clesi asked leading questions--how long I'd been sick, what I was feeling and where it hurt. After listening to my breathing, she ordered four prescriptions, which were sent automatically to my pharmacy. The prescriptions were ready almost by the time I left the clinic. Dr. Clesi was efficient, seamless, and comforting. Four hours later I'm already feeling better. I felt safe in the waiting area and the parking lot as I came and went. If you've ever been to a big hospital's emergency room, you know it can be sketchy! Not here--it was like visiting my regular clinic.
