I Think Dr Shah is an excellent Doctor.... I do think that his staff does seem a little clueless and they could step it up a notch and be more professional with I go to my Primary Doctor his staff is very professional and the experience is like night and day but with that being said I do like Going to Dr Shah he is a very good Doctor

Dr Shah is a great Cardiovascular provider , he is very caring about his patient. However his office staff is terrible. Dealing with his office staff is like dealing with people who don't care about anything other than rushing you off the phone when you call. They never return phone calls when they say they will. They have lie several time about faxing information about medical treatment that you are trying to set up. And when you call back they lie again , always saying but we fax the information over. DR Shah is a great medical Professional , however I would never use his service again due to his office staff is just to unprofessional. keven dewitt

Coming to see Dr. Shah is by the far the worst decision I've ever made. As a black woman, it is vital to have a doctor who listens to my concerns and helps come up with a plan to combat the concerns. Dr.Shah did the opposite, he downplayed every concern I had and made it seem like my symptoms were normal (Chest pains/pressure, swelling of the hands and shortness of breathe isn't normal) however, according to him, it is. He did not run any tests, instead he told me to go buy Motrin for the chest pressure. He is arrogant and doesn't care about the health or concerns of his patients.. please don't waste your time or money and if you are an African American patient, I would recommend doctor Keith Ellis.. Dr. shah is awful

Dr. Shah seems to be very good when it comes to the mechanics of the heart. His lack of concern for the fact that stress is a huge factor in heart related problems is of concern to me. He would not even discuss angina. His office staff honestly needs a dose of friendly. They are rude and seem to have no care to how you might be feeling that day. They rush you away as if you are a number. I would not use Dr. shah again and at this moment am thankful I do not need him.

How do you know if a doctor cares? You'll know for certain by the people a doctor surrounds themselves by. In the case of Dr. Shah, he has built an office housed by workers who either don't know, or have forgotten, that they are an arm of the physician, and that their interactions with patients can reflect in a healthy way, or poorly, depending on their demeanor. If the office workers give no semblance of honor and dedication to their work, then one can only conclude that the physician is either blind, or has no honor himself, being the one who retains their employ. Don't go to this doctor. If he's made poor decisions in one area of his practice, who's to say he won't operate poorly with your heart in his hands?
