Northwest Houston Cardiology

I have been coming to this office for years and I love Dr. Vivek and his nurse Tiffany, but I just don't think I can put up with this office anymore. I have been calling to get a prescription refilled for WEEKS now and the same lady with a thick Russian accent, Tatiana I think is her name, either puts me on hold for half an hour, hangs up on me, or is just blatantly rude whenever she does talk to me and refuses to transfer me over to Dr. Vivek's nurse to refill my prescription. My pharmacy even has a difficult time getting a hold of his office! I think I should just try to find a different cardiologist with better office staff at this point because it is getting ridiculous.

Everytime I come to see Dr. Samal there is an issue with the ladies at the front desk especially with Danyella. They attempt to charge me more than whats due, they tell me that I dont have an appointment when I do, then they schedule me for test that I didn't make an appointment for. When I ask to speak with the office manager, they have Mr. Wendy to talk to me. I believe they have Ms. Wendy to address me because she's an African American female and everyone else is hispanic. The customer service is very poor.
