Dr baig listens to your concerns and gives good recommendations on the path to recovery very professional he is very personable. I have felt very comfortable going to see him for my appointments.
I have been a patient of Dr. Baig for almost nine years. I have found the care from him and his partners at the Heart Care Center of Northwest Houston to be quite good. He has excellent support staff as well who have always been friendly and helpful.
Went there three different times. First was just a consultation, which in my opinion was a wait, about 20 - 30 minutes, but I know that it could be a lot of things going on. Everyone could be runing 15 minutes late. Nothing to do with how the staff and doctor are treating their patients. I patiently waited my turn and understood that some things are out of their control and was treated with the BEST BEDSIDE MANNER that I know. I was LISTEN to and TREATED WITH RESPECT. Unlike other locations, he (the doctor at this location) wanted to know WHY I HAD THIS MY SPECIFIC ISSUES and to make sure that it was not something worst before giving me the OK/ future treatment. Where the others would just take one look and sent me on my way without asking why. (Basically treating the symptoms and the not cause. ) 2nd time I went to lab which only waited 10 minutes. No problem, in and out in a jiffy 3rd time it was and 20-30 minutes wait, but when I went there, again NO RUSH. Doctor looked over my lab, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS without feeling rushed. Shake my hand when he enters and left and walked to where I would get my next appointment. Overall would definitely recommend!
I always appreciate my visits. Dr Baig is very informative and explains in detail based on my personal situation. He gives realistic advice and never rushes me when I have questions or concerns. His staff is always friendly as well
