UPDATE: Doctor has attempted to rectify the issue in the 2nd visit 2/11/25 by re-inputing all referrals, sending direct message to referral office, explaining my test results and addressing all issues. Finally got my referrals 22 days later. Referral dept said they saw several duplicate requests in the system, it was a mess. On 2/16, I was told to check back in end of month for update on the procedure they were going to set me up for and needed to verify with insurance. It is now 3/10, I have called 3x, left 1 message, no response. ------------------ 1/31/25 I went for my yearly physical and metabolic blood panel. I was not instructed over the phone of the steps I needed to take prior to bloodwork, such as fasting and restrictions. I just had to schedule my 2nd visit to do the tests again, because results were impacted. Also, no follow-up call to explain the concerning notes on the results. I told the nurse assistant I wanted referrals to (3) doctors, gave her their information. Then I told the doctor of the 3 doctors I wanted referrals for, and gave her their information as well. Then, when the nurse assistant came back in, I verified with her at least 5 more times of the doctors I wanted referrals for (because she gave me a paper with only 1 referral request). She assured me that the other 2 were in the works. A week later, only 1 of those doctors I got a referral for - the other two were never put in. I spoke with the referral office, who got very unusually aggressive with me, raising her voice, cutting me off, and speaking over me as I am trying to understand what is going on. I asked to speak with somebody less combative, she didn't transfer me, and I was able to put in my request for the referrals again. All in all, almost 2 weeks - now 2 doctor visits, 7 people, 4 separate calls, and 1 detailed message (w no call backs) later, and they STILL haven't put my other 2 referrals in. Great doctor, unfortunately, but the admin in this system is HORRENDOUS.

Went in for an appointment, walked into the office to ask for information in finding a doctor in this office. Showed my insurance to the girl in the first chair, she was very rude, on the phone, and no greeting from her whatsoever. She sent me over to the next chair and the 2 hispwnic girls there were actually sweet and respectful and helped me out. They apologized for the first girls actions. I'm not sure why that first girl refused to help me. But thank you to the other two!!

I went in around 12:30 to make an appointment. I was already at the hospital for another reason. There was only one young lady working with a huge line. Other persons were walking in like they were coming from lunch. Nobody even tried helping this employee. It seemed like she was trying her best to assist everyone. I just walked out. I really needed to make this appointment but with lines like that it is crazy.

You schedule an appointment for 2 months in advance. Just so they can cancel one hour before the appointment.. you rescheduled again... and you wait same, but this time you need to see them.. and they canceled

My appt with Dr bujak was fine. He listened and advised me to see a chiropractor and massage therapist. My visit with insurance ran $190 I believe. Would like my insurance/flex spending to help with the cost and found out I will need a prescription. Called and was told to go see my PCP. What? I spent all that for him and he can't write a script for his own recommendation? Jeez! So I try writing a letter expressing my feelings and again asking for an RX. No one responded to my letter nor my calls requesting they call back. Crazy! I need a fair and good doctor that cares for his/her practice and patients!!!!!
