A native of Mexico City, his fluent Spanish allows him to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients. He also speaks Hebrew. Using both medical, invasive and non-invasive methods, he treats patients for a variety of symptoms including chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations and dizziness, any of which can indicate coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, ischemic heart disease, valvular heart disease or hypertension.

Dr. Gilbert takes his time to explain test results then explains in detail the approach he would take to address any issues present as a result of said test. So very happy my PCP referred him. He's a shining star as far as how he interacts & communicates with his patients.

Dr. Mark Gilbert is an excellent cardiologist I had been under his care for a couple of years I trust him completely and best of all we don't have to wait in the room for long time as soon we get in the room he came in not more than five minutes also his staff is very polite and professional.
