The staff rarely answers the phone. They repeatedly told my mom her insurance was no longer valid, which was absolutely not true. They do not return calls. They claimed she needed prior authorization from her insurance for a procedure, her insurance said that is not true. No one knows what is going on over there. We were not confident in the information or lack there of provided by the doctor. Zero stars was not an option, negative stars would be preferred.
Dr. Benrey has been an excellent physician to me. He caught two heart conditions which is great. His office is decorated beautifully for Christmas

I recently became a patient of Dr. Benrey. I must say he is the absolute best. He is very thorough with explaining everything & most of all he cares. He & the cardiology staff @1401 St. Joseph Parkway 2nd floor, along with his wonderful office staff, are simply amazing. Jackson, Lauren, & Santee just to name a few love their jobs because the care they showed during my procedures has never been exemplified anywhere else.
