Purchased compression stockings/socks from the front office and I absolutely love them. Pretty much use them nightly. It is basically a necessity to wear them nightly for my restless leg syndrome, neuropathy & Charley horses.

What an amazing place... finding a doctor for that matter, the entire clinic that is not forgotten how important customer service and care for the patient is. From dealing with Carolina at the front Desk to my meeting with the doctor everything exceeded my expectations ...

I had my first appointment with Dr. Garcia in November due to shortness of breath. I brought my bloodwork and he examined me. I didn't have any other symptoms so he mentioned having some tests and that someone would contact me. He also asked me to schedule a follow up appointment in January, which I did when I left his office that day Three weeks later I still hadn't received a call for the medical tests. When I contacted his office I was told "don't worry someone will contact you." No one ever did so in January I called to cancel my appointment (with no tests performed there wasn't anything to follow up on.) When I called I was told that Dr. Garcia is opening up his own practice and he is no longer at the Heart and Vein location. When they looked up my information she said my name wasn't in the system and my appointment must not have crossed over so they had no record of it. My problem with Dr. Garcia and his staff is if they knew he was opening his own practice within two months why didnt he or his staff mention it to me the day I went to see him? If I had not called to cancel the appointment I would have gone to the previous location not realizing he had moved. What happened to the tests I was suppose to have? A couple of days before I was suppose to have my appointment I received two electronic messages from his office to remind me of the appointment. Are you kidding! In good conscious I could not give this unprofessional doctor and staff a good review. My primary doctor recommended another cardiologist for me to see. I am looking forward to finding out what is causing my breathing issues.

The entire staff professional and courteous!Dr.Garcia listens to your concerns and talks to me and I understand . His place is the best when I leave his office I feel awesome!

Dr. Garcia is an excellent doctor with great bedside manners. He takes the time to listen to his patient's concerns and to explain the course of action. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about helping his patients. His nurse and staff are also very nice, helpful and welcoming. They also speak english, Portuguese and spanish which can be a plus for a lot of people. Overall it was a great experience.
