In February, Dr. Leung appeared in my hospital room while I was waiting for hip replacement surgery. He stood against a team of orthopedic surgeons and anesthesiologists and made the call to cancel my surgery pending the results of a stress test and 2 weeks on a Holter monitor. The stress test was successfully completed in the hospital. It's been 5 months and the Holter monitor results still have not been reviewed. My hip is still fractured and in need of replacement, yet I've been calling for months. Appointments are 3 months out at best. This is unacceptable.
