I have literally had the worst experiences here and I'm usually very understanding. My very first visit I waited in the lobby for an hour and 15 minutes before I was called and they told me they didn't "realize" I was still waiting and somehow I was accidentally skipped over. I watched every person who came in after me get called to the back and they only waited minimum 15 minutes. Today I have an appointment, I work night shift, I live in Missouri City, I made a 56 minute drive to attend this appaointment, I arrive and receive a call from them TELLING me they need to reschedule my appointment due to them being understaffed. They transferred me over to the supervisor "J" who advised they take things day by day and were waiting to be fully staffed. As of now I am on hold and I've been on hold for 20 minutes. Finally the supervisor came back to the phone and told me the Dr said she will try to squeeze me in but just know that could be a 3 hour wait. I'm not understanding how you're "squeezing" me in if I have an appointment? If I'm sick and something is truly going on with my heart etc this is NOT the medical team I want looking after me. I wouldn't recommend anyone here, I WILL never return and the ONLY reason they were given a star is because I HAD to to make this post.
