Dr. Bernardo de La Guardia may be excellent, but the office management leaves much to be desired. After a recent change in my father's medication, he wished to continue with his previous prescription. He contacted the office and was told the doctor's assistant would follow up, but more than a week has passed without any response. A more reliable follow up system is essential, as this level of disorganization is frustrating and unacceptable for patients.
Great location for us. Easy to get to and always able to park close. The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. De La Guardia is very personable and he always explains things in a very calm and easy to understand manner. If you are looking for a great Cardiologist, I would highly recommend him.
Dr. DeLaGuardia is a fantastic cardiologist. He's got time for your questions and makes prescription adjustments to suit your current situation. I highly recommend this good man. The office staff in Willis is great. Wait times and minimal.
