Well, I did not get to visit with Dr. Santos during this visit. I did visit with Madonna and she was an exceptional substitute. All the questions I had were adequately more than adequately answered. She was very very knowledgeable and had a wonderful bedside manner. Yes, my wife was there with me.
After arriving I was taken in within 5 minutes. I was checked and examined within 20 minutes. As a result of the exam, one of my meds was discontinued, and I was released. The entire visit took less than 50 minutes. l was very pleased.
The new location is big and gorgeous! The elevator is much appreciated and the sign you posted made it easy to find the new offices. I love Dr. Santos, and Jesus was as welcoming as ever. Thanks for such great care!
I've been a patient of Dr. Raul Santos for the better part of 12 years and I find him to be a very capable physician for me. He is an understanding person that is genuinely interested in his patients well being. His office is well appointed and quite easy to get to and is staffed with capable and friendly associates .
When I finally found the office, I found the office well equipped and the employees welcoming and efficient in their interactions.. I was slightly late for my appointment due to the fact that there was absolutely no external signage to indicate where the office was located. I finally called the office and received step by step directions starting at the Great American Cookie Company to a hidden elevator located in a dingy hallway. A Bad Experience! Remember the old addage.... LOCATION..LOCATION..LOCATION. You are in a bad location. I would start investing in some signs.
