My husband called around looking for someone to see me on Sunday. These people took me in. Told me it would be $50 so of course what a great price we went now I have a bill in the mail $206.13 .I feel very deceived I could of waited one more day and seen my own doctor for half that price, same on them for lying about the price

McCullough I took my daughter to see this Dr, for some women issues and he was very rude to us he kept cutting my daughter off when she was trying to tell him her symptoms. I simply asked if he could do the abdominal ultrasound and he was persistent of doing a vagina probe but also he said that it's very unlikely that she may have inherited PCos or tumors. Can't deal with him and this was our first time with him. Very disappointing

We have used the hospital, emergency room and doctors several times over the last two years and I can tell you that they are nice, clean and the food is great! I had to experience NW for surgery and then back to Hfd for swing bed and I will take Hereford any day over what I had in Amarillo. Now most of the staff was nice up there, but the rest were not and the rooms were tiny. Food was gross. I had a different set of doctors stroll through everyday. Not really concerned with me, just viewing the broke bones. So, To Hereford Hospital keep up the good work YOU are appreciated!!!!

doctors are amazing! but dr davies one of her nurse la is rude and has hateful comments threw out my whole pregnancy even after pregnancy.

Mom went in for an ER visit around "shift change." She was the only patient in the waiting area. Staff was standing around, gathering their belongings, waiting around for the next shift. She waited over an hour and a half before being called back for "triage." They staff had a hard time starting an IV. It took 5 different staff members from nurses to ambulance personnel and 9 attempts. All these employees came in and made remarks about mom's anatomy "skinny," "veins roll," "hit a valve," "too valvey." Not one employee identified themselves by name or position. They were rude and wouldn't listen to the information we offered in regards to what works with her. Lab draws were difficult as well 2 attempts and 2 different personnel. This rating doesn't not reflect the ER physician. Mom has had 2 visits with him and he is caring and compassionate with great skills. He is an asset to the hospital.
