My husband called the office on Friday-22-25 they said office e was closed early at 3, but the nurse was there. They said let me try and get her. They said she was so busy that she would call us, well no call came. And we ended up in ER at Valley Baptist going on 4 days now. Today Monday, husband has not eaten all day. Because they are waiting for doctor to decide if they need to do another test. Ask the young nurse at 1 if there was any answer, she said no still waiting on doctor. So I called the Yardley office to see if I could get answer, they said that the nurse would have to call or page him, well that has not happened. It's now going to be 2 o'clock. I know you can wait to eat from 3 or 5 hours after that you get weak. So if the decide to do the test he will go in weak. You all better pray that nothing happens to him.

My dad had cardiac testing done in July 2025 and was scheduled for a 3-month follow-up. When we called Dr. Yardley's clinic about his new balance and alertness issues, we were told he doesn't allow walk-ins -- even for urgent concerns that may require a 1-2 week visit. Over Labor Day weekend, my dad's symptoms worsened. EMTs found atrial fibrillation on his ECG, and the ER confirmed he had already suffered a stroke that occurred weeks earlier. Having worked alongside leading Interventional Cardiologists and Heart Failure specialists, I'm familiar with how serious changes on cardiac tests are usually handled. If my dad's July results showed anything concerning, why didn't Dr. Yardley or his staff notify my parents or give clear instructions on what to watch for until his follow-up? As a public health practitioner, I recognize this as yet another example of inadequate healthcare practices. Dr. Yardley's approach feels outdated, unresponsive, and out of touch with the needs of elderly patients. For families seeking real attentiveness and compassionate heart care for their loved ones, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a MORE capable, attentive, and compassionate cardiologist.

I recently visited Dr. Yardley with some concerns about my father's health. Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. The doctor seemed rushed and impatient during our meeting, which made me feel like my concerns were unimportant to him. When I asked about medication options, the doctor seemed bothered by my questions and gave me little information. Overall, we did not feel heard or valued with the concerns about my dad's health and left the appointment feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. I would not recommend this doctor.

Dr Yardley has been a great doctor to me. He listens to his patients. That is huge to me, very important. He has a good bedside manner, and took the time to explain my options in detail. He answered all my questions and even wrote down some suggestions for me by hand.

1st time here and already told he is 2.5 hours behind. I guess he's coming from Corpus Christi. Not a very good 1st time experience. Already here 1.5 hours
