My stay so has far has been very good. The staff has been excellent, everyone is so patient and attentive. One of my nurses Alex Sahadi has been so prompt, helpful and patient. But most importantly, for me as a patient, his medical knowledge and how he explains it come across very simplified for someone without medical knowledge and worried about my personal condition. I feel very comfortable with him as he goes above and beyond to make me feel better and more comfortable after having had cervical spine Disc displacement surgery. Excellent care. Thank you Alex

While there have been issues. Not being updated on our loved ones surgery. When's 2.5 hour surgery turns intrude a 6 hr surgery and only once early in the surgery to be told that they were still in surgery is UNACCEPTABLE! Not being told that our loved one is out of surgery. Calling only to have the phones not be answered. Then walking over to the desk and find a woman just sitting at the desk ignoring the phone was not good. Then being told that our loved one was out of surgery, but that no one was available to speak to us about the surgery....Not good! This happened with not one but TWO surgeries!!! No updates from the Dr or PA. Then having simple things get missed ie patients medical history and current conditions is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! However, I do have to leave a 5 star review for Alex Sahadi. His attention to detail, his willingness to explain things to the family, and his care for his patients is truly remarkable. Clone him If you can!! He is the only reason that I gave 3 stars..

I was having difficulty time during my pregnancy at my own obgyn clinic. The nurses weren't that amazing to me there , however when I had amazing and I was in ob floor. The nurses Karina and Angela were the best nurses you can possibly ask for!! They were on top of things and they both did fantastic job making me feel comfortable before my surgery. They explained everything with in great detail. They are the best nurses you can ask for especially when you going through a hard time. So compassionate, understanding, good at multi tasking just overall the best nurses I ever had an interaction with!!!!

I had a wonderful experience to say the least. I want to say that the staff oh 4th East tower were excellent especially CLAUDIA MONTELONGO RN. She was so patient with me. She is all and more what a nurse is., PT Nick & Fred were awesome as well. On the other hand the nurse for Dr. PATIL I believe her name is Mary, she was so rude and non attentive. Over all I have always had a great experience in the past with VBMC.

Labor & Delivery staff (2nd and 3rd floor) were very helpful and kind! I always felt respected and well cared for, as well as my baby. They are all amazing!
