Gomez Cardiovascular Clinic

First time going to this office with my husband, he had an appointment at 11:30am on Friday. We decided to stop by and ask for the papers we have to fill out to get that out of the way come Friday. One last thing to do and the gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to let us fill them out and while there he got the information needed for their part. When we were about ready to leave the gentleman asked my husband if he'd like to come sooner than set time and we agreed. Appointment set for Friday at 8:30am. Come day of appointment they call my husband to the back and I tag along. The young lady Naomi was super sweet and putting up with my husband's and I craziness of making jokes. When it was time to see doctor the P.A. comes in, Rolando Longoria, and the moment he starts to speak with my husband as to why the visit, he was very attentive. My husband told him what was going on and Rolando quickly started telling my husband what he thought and what he'd like to do and what test to take. Showed us and explained to us the procedure of said exams. He was thorough enough to make my husband comfortable and even asked me the non patient but wife of if I had any questions. I asked and he answered. I had read the reviews of this place because it was our first time going and wanted to know what to expect but nothing of what I read aligned with what we experienced. From beginning to end every staff and P.A. we're extremely friendly and helpful. We left feeling content with my husband's visit. It goes to show, never judge a book(in this case, place) by it's reviews!!!! I would highly recommend this place.

The staff here are an absolute delight! They treated me with kindness and compassion. PA Longoria provided great visuals during the consultation which allowing me to fully understand what he was explaining.

11:00 appointment and its 11:45 and I'm walking out. Horribly disrespectful of your time, i guess only theirs is important. You miss an appt, they charge you, you show up for an appointment and they make you wait and miss work and you're supposed to shut up and deal with it. Sad what doctors have become. Greedy and disrespectful. Stop overbooking based on greed and meet the appointments that you make get some integrity

Was first time and I loved it short waiting time then once in room dr had all my history and knew exactly what he was going to order took the time to explain what test were going to be done (also showed me visually)allowed me to ask questions didn't look like he was in a hurry to just get out of room haven't had any issue with them scheduling issues or finding my results or orders great office personnel very kind and patient

My mother was there for 1hr 30 minutes just waiting for the doctor to read results. She was the first 1 there and she asked the front desk lady and told her to wait. This keep happening and she was never seen. Other patients that came after her where all being passed to see the doctor and not her. It's Stupid how she had to wait all that time for nothing. She left upset because everyone that came in after her was seen. What poor ehitcs that doctor has, or maybe he was being racist to my mother because she ain't white!
