I was honestly disappointed with how my situation was handled. I had an appointment scheduled with this office, but I received a call canceling it because I had been seeking a second opinion from another provider. I want to make it clear, this review isn't about the quality of care or the doctor's skill. I simply wanted to gather more information about my condition by hearing from more than one professional, which I think is reasonable for any patient. Unfortunately, instead of supporting that decision, my appointment was canceled. That made me feel like my right to explore my healthcare options wasn't respected. I believe patients should be encouraged to make informed choices about their health, not penalized for doing so.
I hope the office takes this feedback constructively and reviews their policies so that other patients don't have a similar experience.

The poor treatment from the woman taking calls to set up a new patient was shocking. I have never been spoken to like this from anyone in the medical profession. I had researched Dr Malik and had hoped to become a patient but there is no way after this experience.

Dr. Malik is one of a kind! I work in healthcare and interact with many doctors on a daily basis. Dr. Malik is next level.
His bedside manner is top notch. He spent almost 2 hours talking with my mother-in-law about her health concerns and never made us feel like there was a time limit to the conversation. He wanted to share information with my mother-in-law and was happy to answer any questions she had to put her at ease.
He is thorough in his work and looks at the big picture when determining the best treatment for his patients, not just individual issues that need to be masked.
I cannot recommend a better doctor than Dr. Malik. He's the best in the business!
