Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Grapevine

The staff in the ER in reception are probably some of the rudest. My husband was brought in by ambulance and he is completely disabled extremely sick and not able to breathe or talk, they didn't want to let me go back with him in his room. I went and found the EMS and had them get me in through the ambulance door. ICU was very attentive and did great, the facility is very very old. When he got put on a regular floor that's when things kinda get bad. The staff have been very good but the room has nothing in it but his bed they did bring in a recliner if that's what you call it. I went to get some ice and water in the refreshment area and I saw a cockroach crawling down and into a drawer where food and plastic ware is kept. This hospital is NOT updated!!! The cafeteria is closed most of the time so getting anything to eat in the hospital is almost nonexistent. They have sandwiches and some Lean Cuisine type stuff you can microwave in the scan and go area. I will stress again that they need to UPDATE this hospital. The food they have for the patient to eat is not very good quality at all and the selection is poor. Hope this helps someone!

My daughter was born here a few weeks ago and we had a wonderful experience. The care we received throughout my induction, delivery, and early postpartum days was wonderful. Every nurse was so kind and caring. A particular shout out to Rachel, the amazing nurse who saw me through a long day of delivery, and to Dr. Marshall, who cared for my throughout my pregnancy and safely delivered my baby. I'm enormously grateful to the entire BSW Grapevine team for their excellent care.

Baylor Grapevine is a great hospital. The social workers are attentive and truly take the time to support both patients and families. The nursing staff is equally impressive. They are welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. It's comforting to see that level of care in a hospital setting. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do.

The entire staff that helped my family & I along our journey of bringing our baby girl into world was amazing. They never pressured us into making any decisions. They helped guide us, & gave us the information that we needed to make our decisions. They were so caring to all of us. I will never forget the scary experience that they helped turn around into an amazing one for us. Thank yall so much!!

At and around Thanksgiving 25 I was transported from Scott&White in Grapevine to the Scott and White heart center in Denton . From the time we arrived till we were released December 4th we received outstanding care, and the staff gave compassionate care. I had a quintriple bypass , and the Surgeon Dr Cai and his staff visited everyday, and was quick to address any issues or concerns. I highly recommend Baylor Scott and White heart center
