Getting my medical records from this facility has been a nightmare. 4 days of phone calls and, so far 3 trips and they either didn't provide all the records, or they failed to save the scan properly on the cd meaning it is empty. I will have to go back again tomorrow and hopefully 4th time is the charm. I will have driven 160 miles counting all the trips for them to take the time to get it right. Unacceptable at best! This review is purely on their customer service after the fact. I will say that their doctors were successful in identifying a lung nodule and referring me to a pulmonogist. For that portion I would give them a much higher rating.

I have been a patient over a decade now. Best Dr ever. My doctor genuinely cares about how you feel.Your overall health, other things that are going on with you.It listens to if you have a concern about something. The support staff are awesome. Except for one.

Dr. Scott Greenberg is outstanding. We took my father to the appointment. It's important to note that my dad has a Glioblastoma (GBM) Grade 4 brain tumor that has been stable going on two years. However, he's recently experienced very low pulse rates and extreme fatigue; even though he finished his last cycle of chemo 3.5 months ago. Prior to the appointment, my dad wore a Holter monitor for 8 days that provided a great deal of information. Dr. Greenberg is very thorough. All the questions you might have going in, he's already answering without having actually asked the question. Dr. Greenberg was straight forward to be clear to state that a pacemaker would not give longevity, but relive the fatigue. I appreciated how Dr. Greenberg addressed the 'elephant in the room' (GBM is terminal brain cancer). He also addressed what could be causing the extreme fatigue, ruling out different causes and why it wasn't likely the root cause of the fatigue. With us, he discussed the pros and cons of a pacemaker; he discussed whether or not there is an immediate need for intervention (in this case, there is not, but certainly a medical issue). My dad's goal is to have a better quality of life. We were in unfamiliar territory and were unclear how some other heart issues were separate from one another. He took the time to educate us and we left knowing so much more, but not overwhelmed given all that is already taking place. In fact, we left very happy with the way Dr. Greenberg explained everything to us. My family and I highly recommend Dr. Greenberg. His team is equally as patient and thorough. 5 Stars

I am pleased with BS&WCC and specifically my Doctor, Dr Finegold. This was my six month checkup at which the Doctor changed one of my blood pressure medicines. Adjustments are often made after a stent is inserted.

As always my appointment with Dr. Jain went smoothly. Dr. Jain is a wonderful doctor. He is well informed and always takes his time to explain things clearly and concisely. Dr. Jain is kind, compassionate, and thorough. He is a true professional. His staff is always pleasant and accommodating.
