First time I met with him, most doctors annoy me. I didn't wait long, staff was very kind, and i immediately liked him. Looked over all of my test data from my hospital stay, ordered testing, and did not make me feel dismissed. Highly recommend. And I rarely review physicians.
Dr. Shaw and his entire office staff are fast, friendly and thorough. They are good, well meaning people and that's what I want in my heart doctor.
First visit and it was a great experience. The office was clean and the front desk staff was nice and welcoming. My visit with Nurse Steph and Dr. Shah was good. Steph was pleasant and friendly. She made me comfortable and that was a plus. Dr. Shah has such a calming demeanor, he explained everything and was very thorough. Overall, very pleased!
The first experience I had at Dr. Shah's office was with his nurse. She is totally totally awesome and really put me at ease!!! Next I met Dr. Shah and found out that he is totally awesome also!!! He was sooo nice and didn't rush me through my appointment. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Shah!!!
My appointment was scheduled for 3:30, as soon as I checked in I was bought back by Stephanie. The most kind compassionate nurse we have met in some time. We have utmost respect for all in the HealthCare Industry. However sometimes they get so disconnected they just basically look at our charts and take our vitals and go on. Not Stephanie...She was so professional but with a caring heart. Then Dr Shah walks in and I'm am blown away by how youthful he looks! He jokes back saying he just turned 18. It puts both me and my husband at ease. He explained every question we asked in laymen terms so we could understand. I highly recommend this practice. From the front office taking my info (first visit) to the back, Stephanie and Dr Shah hopefully due to my condition I wont have to return after after more testing done. But if I do me and my husband can be rest assured they have our best interests at heart.
