I've been visiting doctors at Pioneer for a couple of years and have found them to be responsible, caring, and friendly. The workers at pioneer are also good. I never gave a wait time of more than 7 or 8 minutes, which I appreciate Very much. Ana Lugo has taken care of my needs with genuine concern and efficiency.
Worst experience recently. I don't recommend it as no respect for time. Scheduled at 8 am and went for appointment. First patient was being treated at 7:40 and I was sent to room so waited there for 30 mins. Later realized doctor started watching other patients who came after me. It's a follow up visit after annual health check. What is the point of going here if Dr is not giving info or suggestions on test results after waiting long enough and going early morning at scheduled time. Will give little bit time to fix their mistake and call me to update on this. They never tried calling me.
I recently visited Lissy Joseph family nurse practitioner for my annual checkup and had a wonderful experience. She was extremely kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I truly appreciated the guidance and valuable inputs she gave me about maintaining my health. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable physician.
I started working with Dr Gaddam when I was admitted through the ER at Medical City Frisco. He was amazing at my stay there which was so appreciated because I've ever been hospitalized. My follow up appointments at Pioneer were a continued great experience. He even helped me get in to see a great vascular surgeon as well for a secondary issue I dealt with.
I want to give my doctor a full five stars because they are truly an exceptional healthcare provider. They listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make sure I always understand what's going on with my health. I never feel rushed during my visits, and they treat me with respect, patience, and genuine care.
