Sadly the doctor we had was good but the way the office is run is the worst I have experienced since I lived in Frisco. I would definitely not recommend, ridiculous to have to wait 45 minutes to over an hour just to get a scheduler. Follow ups are not timely and its exhausting to try and get anything done.

I'm trying to call the front desk to reschedule my appointment, they never picked up the call, and press 1 to leave a message never works. And there's no link to help me to reschedule the appointment as well. Don't know what to do when I cannot make the appointment and I don't want to get charged for the no show fee.

The doctor here ordered a test on Oct. 7th that has yet to be scheduled. It was held up for 6 weeks because the staff sent it to the wrong insurance company. It took several messages, telephone calls, and personal visits to the front desk to find that out and get it back on track. I was promised it would be submitted again as an urgent request. I called my insurance company to confirmed the request and denied that was submitted as urgent. Called the heart place back and waited on hold for an hour and six minutes just for someone to pick up the phone and tell me that the test was still "pending approval". I told her very clearly what the insurance company said and asked them to fix it. I'm still waiting to schedule that test to see what is wrong with my heart. In the meantime, I need another procedure to test for cancer which the cardiologist won't sign the release for without the results of the test he ordered 7 weeks ago. This place is not designed to save lives.

Very disappointed in the billing in this office. They sent me to collections over $140. They claim that they sent me ebills. Well, I never saw ONE ebill. I was seen twice in office and paid in full the first visit then the second visit was told I owed nothing. I went back and checked my emails from them and don't have one single email requesting that I pay them. They never sent an ACTUAL bill, or called me for this balance. Just sent me to collections. Also, I tried to set up the portal, and it never let me. What a useless system and poor management.

I don't really leave reviews but felt the need to for this facility to hopefully help take in honest feedback and work to improve. The wait time is unacceptable. It doesn't make sense to make an appointment if I'm waiting an hour or more to see the doctor. Every time I call to ask a question, the staff sounds impatient and rude. My experience with the doctor is pleasant every time but unfortunately the experience with this facility in general has not been great. If wait time could be improved that would be greatly appreciated as I have a baby waiting at home, work to get back to and in which the drive to the doctors is not close. Also if the staff can be more patient with patient calls and be more willing to help and not be so rude.
