Mr. Gaddam is very professional and knowledgeable. However, the staff at his office is extremely unhelpful and inefficient. I had an important medication that was overdue and requested a refill, but they don't support auto-refills. Even after 10 days, no request was sent to my pharmacy. When I called the office, the refill was denied, and it takes days to get a response if you leave a message. They consistently fail to follow up, and this kind of staff behavior can cause patients to lose trust and seek care elsewhere.

Dr Goddam is knowledgeable, kind, and listens to the patients concerns, unfortunately his office is run very poorly. The phone is rarely answered in a timely manner, it takes days for them to get back to you if you leave a message, and they fail to follow up in scheduling special tests. I'm sorry to say, but this is the poorest run, medical practice, l have ever been to.

Dr Gaddam is a very nice person and qualified physician. However, his office (wherever that is today) and the group he is part of have by far the worst office procedures of any doctor I have had. There is no patient portal, sometimes they can't print the summary of your visit, and they want $75 to get your medical records (if they have them). Calling their central number is terrible. there is always a long hold and then you may not be able to get the location you want. When I called last week, after a long hold I was disconnected. Today, I finally gave up after 25 minutes. He could be the best doctor in the world, but I can no longer put up with the process.
