The staff is well versed, professional and very friendly. The doctor has taken care of me and my husband and is versed in Ehlers Danlohs Syndrom. He did not "overtest" either one of us and performed a procedure on my husband through the wrist, instead of the groin, making his healing faster and less painful. He has a very personable demeanor and explains everything in a way I can understand. If we have questions, he answers them. I am very pleased with this doctor.
Extremely positive. The receptionist who checked me in was the most pleasant person I've met for awhile. Pleasant and efficient. Waiting time was short. The tech who did my EKG was very pleasant and professional and put me right at ease. And then Dr. Chandra came in with the same positivity, lots of energy. He really listened to me and completely explained what he was suspecting. Tests were scheduled before I left the office -no waiting for a call back! Highest recommendation!
Dr Chandra (as he introduced himself) is a cardiologist that I can trust. He explained everything in detail, and took all my previous history into consideration, showing me the evidence behind his conclusions in my own chart. Very rare, and much appreciated. His manner is kind and compassionate. His office and nursing staff are incredibly nice. You leave with a smile. Can't recommend Trident Heart and Vascular highly enough.
