Dr. Anand and his assistant Dhana made my whole day. I would say these two make a dynamic duo! I had one of the best experiences I have ever had in a doctors office. They both took the time to listen and really take notes. You could tell they both truly care with all their hearts and are very good at what they do. Dr Anand has a funny personality and is very knowledgeable. Dhana is a special gift to anyone in her presence. Im so thankful I found this group. What a gem

For the THIRD time in a year, I called asking to speak to my doctor or a nurse. I'm having heart issues and symptoms of quiet heart failure. For the THIRD TIME, I've asked to be transferred, only to be hung up on by the front desk, called back, and been sent straight to voicemail. Whoever works this front desk does not care about the health of the patients. I'm over here stressed I might end up in the ER for the 7th time this year because I can't get a hold of my doctor.

They rescheduled two times today was my appointment they take to the room and she said the doctor is gonna come i was wait one hour and twenty minutes and lift the clinic it was just wasting the

Absolutely the worst office staff. Cannot get a call back for prescriptions. Scheduling an appointment is impossible. They never answer the phone or voicemail messages. When you have heart surgery and are told to be sure and take your medication as directed but then cannot get refills, that's a dangerous problem. Seriously needs to be reported to the Texas Medical Board!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Vasenius for several years. And he has never disappointed us with either his care or his staff. He is a professional yet down-to-earth doctor. He explains medical terms that are easy to understand. He listens to his patients and answers questions. We recently had to see Dr. Anand because Dr. V was not in that day. Dr. Anand certainly did not disappoint. His new office and staff are professional and courteous.
