I don't usually write reviews, but Dr.Talati, Ben, Zack, and Nicole forced my hand by being way too good at what they do!!! Professional? Yes. Efficient? Absolutely. Suspiciously enjoyable experience? Also yes. I laughed, I learned, I was helped, I was impressed. 10/10 would trust them with literally anything.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Surepoint Emergency Center. From the moment we walked through the doors, my partner and I were treated with such warmth, professionalism, and compassion. Every single member of the staff - from the front desk to the nurses, doctors, and specialists - went above and beyond to ensure my partner received the best possible care. The team took the time to listen, explain every step of the process, and make sure we were both comfortable and informed. It wasn't just medical treatment, it was genuine human care. The level of attention, empathy, and expertise shown made a stressful time so much easier to handle. The facility itself was spotless, organized, and welcoming, which gave us extra confidence that my partner was in the best hands possible. We truly felt like they cared about us as people, not just patients. Thanks to the incredible care and dedication of doctor Chase, nurse Randy, rad tech Robert, and Alese at Surepoint Emergency Center. We are forever grateful for the exceptional service and compassion we experienced. If you're looking for a place that truly cares, look no further because this is it!

I had an excellent experience here! Nicole was friendly and got me checked in quick. My nurse Ben was attentive and made me feel at ease. Dr. Johnson was thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. Thank you all for your wonderful care! I truly felt like I was in good hands.

I had a positive experience here in Nov 2025. I saw Dr. Bertolli, nurse Megan, and Eraylyn at the front desk. I was the only patient there and they did a great job evaluating my situation. Dr. Bertolli had excellent bedside manner and was a great listener. One thing was confusing about the paperwork. We found the center by Googling "Aetna in network" emergency rooms and urgent care. When we called, they told us they were in network with Aetna. But during intake, the paperwork said they were out of network with all insurance plans. I asked Eraylyn, and she confirmed they were not technically in network. Her explanation left me unsure what kind of bill I would receive, and I said I preferred to leave rather than risk an unexpected cost. To their credit, she offered to have the team check my cardiac symptoms at no charge, and only bill me if I chose to be officially admitted. I accepted. They evaluated me, determined I was not in immediate danger, and I was able to leave without facing a surprise bill. Overall, I appreciated the care I received and the way they handled the situation.

Dr. Talati was very knowledgeable and kind. The staff (Megan, Clare, Nicole) were quick and efficient, all while making me feel comfortable and heard. The general feel of the office is bright, welcoming and very clean. Although one would never want to go to the ER, I would definitely recommend going here for any emergency medical needs.
