Medical City Fort Worth

This was the first time for me using Medical City in Fort Worth for a major lower back surgery. From the time I arrived until I was discharged there was so many absolutely amazing things I can say about this hospital. Its clean! It smells clean! The nurses, surgery staff, down to the nutritionist we're all amazing. The food was absolutely amazing. First time I have ever been able to say that. There we're two nurses that provided me such excellent service. Thank you to Bina and Abbey. You two ladies kept me so comfortable. Thank you to the entire staff for making a really tough situation as comfortable for me as you did.

excellent experience, this from Semi retired physician. I have worked in ER since 1983, have had couple of procedures throughout years. This experience at Tx MED CITY Fort Worth is as excellent experience as any I have had thru the years. Out standing Staff from check in, to Pre-OP, Surg (Dont remember much, but the staff I ran into in Preop was wonderful). My floor experience from Meal consultant, RT, PT/OT, Nurses were excellent. Please ,if significant, you have my permission to review my chart to get names. My wife and I planned on writing them all down and just got distracted by my procedure. I would happily refer anyone wanting quality care to consider MCFW as primary consideration. Dr Jack Jorden

Our total experience with this hospital has been the best one we've ever had. My daughter had a procedure done here and everyone was super great from the moment we walked in, registered, to the very end of the procedure discharge. Exceptional level of care, courtesy, professionalism and expertise! Jennifer from pre-op testing took her time to explain everything to us, address any concerns as well as put my daughter at ease. We could not have asked for a better experience. So thankful for the whole staff!

Leo is an excellent nurse. Never had to as for anything other than ice water. Dr. Wilson's surgical team was outstanding and the physical therapy as as well as occasional therapy was amazing. Overall Medical City was a great hospital except for a few nurses and when I would voice my concerns about my treatment it was handled very professionally.

Dr. Washington the Emergency Room physician was very knowledgeable and attentive to my care in the ER. The staff that assisted her in ER were very empathetic to my needs and care. I would like to thank Zane the ER nurse who gave me an IV that was painless. I couldn't believe it. He is an expert.
