The staff of this office is poorly trained. When they call to set up appointment a was driving, I asked the lady to please email me the paperwork and a confirmation. She said that she would. LOL she took my email and promised to. She lied and never sent any email. Why tell someone you you will do something and have no intention of doing it. You can not trust a lier so I have no faith in this office. If this is the kind of behavior they tolerate.
