The most obnoxious staff I've ever encountered. They called and changed appointment from 4:30 to 2:30 on the day of the appointment . Arrived at 2:15 and was told there is a 2 hour delay. Walked out and will never return. Another patient followed me out and reported the same thing and that reviews are all terrible and that he's not returning either. Should avoid seeking any service from Dr James. He won't correct the problems. Message left for officer manager was not returned- predictably arrogant.
