Dr. Vijay Kalaria

Dr. Kalaria is amazing! Has taken care of my husband for over 20 years. Spends the needed time with you, and listens to your concerns.

I am incredibly grateful for the care my mother received from Dr. Kalaria, part of the Fort Worth Heart Team. From our first visit, it was clear that Dr. Kalaria is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to discuss various care options and scenarios, ensuring we fully understand every aspect of her treatment. I trust Dr. Kallaria completely and would choose him again for any of my family's heart healthcare needs. Knowing my mother is in such capable and caring hands gives me immense peace of mind.

I am so very angry. The facility is awesome. The staff exceptional but my doctor overlooked some very my important facts on my records. I am allergic to aspirin and all aspirin products ie ibuprofen, and most sinus meds it is in all my records and discussed at link at my last office visit with him. I went through the entire prep , shave, the groin cath the IV for sedation , but no relief for my blockage. Because the doctor said he did not know about my allergy. Which is mild and easily treated with Benadryl. I took premeds for the procedure including steroids and benedryl. I just wanted some relief from my pain a BIG oversight for my doctor

Took my Mother -in-love to see Dr. Kalaria for a non healing ulcer on her heel. The office staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Kalaria himself was extremely kind and informative. He was gentle with mil. She's 78 and has severe stenosis in her back, pretty bad arthritis, she's had both knees and hip replaced, among some other truly extreme pain from stenosis. Not all medical professionals handle her with gentleness. I was so impressed with his staff and him, I scheduled an appointment for myself. We've seen him in Granbury and Ft. Worth.

Dr Kalaria was an hour an a half late for our teleconference to discuss my heart procedure. Yesterday was the day of my procedure where I lay in the procedure room for a stent completely prepped where the nurse had to go and find him in order to start. The procedure was completed and I was sent to recovery where I lay for two hours. We could hear him visit with other patients and discuss their procedures. When it was time to discharge me, we explained that we had not talked to the Dr. yet. She explained he had already left and asked if we were sure that he hadn't came in and talked to us. He communicated to the nurse he would just call us. So he forgot me in the procedure room, and forgot me again for discharge. The "man" clearly has a God Complex and is just an awful person. Just slow down and tell me what's going on. That's all I asked for. Didn't even get an apology when he clearly forgot us. I suppose you don't have to give empathy when you're a heart God!
