Dr. Sreenivas Gudimetla

Dr. Gutimetla has been my cardiologist ever since a tooth extraction several years ago caused me to contract endocarditis. I almost died because my family doctor said that it could not be endocarditis. I had gained 30 lbs in one month and couldn't walk and could barely breathe. Dr. Gutimetla caught it immediately. It took me almost a year to recover which would have been fatal if I'd paid attention to my family doctor, Randall Todd Richwine, DO. of Fort Worth Texas who did not even examine me when I went to his office. Dr. Gutimetla is probably the most caring doctor I've had in 20 years.

I was so lucky to have had Dr. Gudimetla assigned to me in the ER during the early days of Obama care.( 2015.) Got messed around and after doing everything they asked I got cancelled. Went to my first check up and paid cash for appointment. Was told that next time I had to have insurance. I explained my situation and what they told me and asked him to refer me to another cardiologist. He told me he didn't care what they told me, I was to make my appts and be there anyway. He cared more about his patients than all the "$red tape$" also had a primary care physician tell me that I had one of the best to hang on to him. If I change insurance I make it very clear that my cardiologists is not negotiable I will not take your insurance for any price if I have to give up Dr. Gudimetla.
