Dr Saeed is great. She has a wonderful bedside manner which puts me at ease. She and the staff are very attentive. They do have busy days and wait times can be longer than you'd like but that's to be expected. Biopsy day was extremely nerve wracking but everyone in the room was super calm and procedure went smoothly. I love love her nurse. She is on top of her game. This is the beginning of my journey with this group and I'm happy thus far.
Ryan is amazing. She explains everything to you thoroughly and will take the time to make sure you understand. Does not make you feel rushed. Dr. Lackan was professional and personable. The procedure he performed was painless. He communicated through the entire process. Based on my personal experience I highly recommend Dr. Lackan and Ryan Brenner.
Great experience! Dr Lackan's PA, Ryan Benner is very personable, attentive & friendly. Totally puts patients at ease. Medical assistant was very friendly & even humorous, again giving patients comfort. Almost causes you to want a thyroid or diabetic disorder(lol) But if you do, in the Ft Worth area or close, highly recommend this building & it's terrific staff.
The entire staff from front to back very friendly and prompt. PA Jenna saw me quickly. She is wonderful, professional and caring. Always very impressed with her, explains my test results well and makes sure I have my prescriptions are up to date and doesn't hesitate to place order when needed.
This Dr. is amazing. His staff is who why I don't go back. My second visit the front desk kept telling me I didn't pay my copay from my first visit. After my biopsy I was told I would receive a call with my result. I did not & I called 3 times leaving a message never hearing from anyone. I made a televisit to get the results. I went in for a follow up from surgery my appointment was @7 I walked in at 703 no one was at the desk so I checked in via text@ 705. At 713 when I was finally waited on the receptionist told me I was too late to be seen. I explained to her that I was there. She told me I was up there to check in the other patient & I did not see you. I was the ONLY person in the waiting room. I will find another Dr
