Office staff/personnel that I delt with were efficient, caring, and patient with me while I was there. Dr. Santos wrote me a script that I had indicated that I did not want to fill after he gave me samples, which I did not take. I do not know if I will cancel my upcoming visit or not next year. I also wanted to have my current meds reviewed and all those that were interacting with my other meds to be reviewed, which the did follow up on with a contact, but I was somewhat dissappointed in the initial visit, so I turned down that. It seems like ALL physicians care more about the $$$ than the person. I may be wrong, but that was the impression I got.

I'm very comfortable with Dr. Santos, and with his office staff. While he clearly has a busy practice,, he's appropriately professional and personable, and very responsive to questions. His office staff is pleasant and accommodating. While I would always prefer to see Dr. Santos during office visits, his Physician Assistants adequately and competently assist in office visits. There's a substantial wait to schedule an office visit, the major downside of this practice, in my view. Of course that's a reflection of a successful practice as well, and that's a good thing.

I appreciate so much the time Dr. Santos took with our 22 year old daughter. He took the time to answer every question and concern from her. She obsessed over and worried about this appointment for days. She was so worried no one would believe her symptoms. Medical Assistant, Jesus was very awesome, professional and kind. I wish I could remember the girl's name who taught us how to use the heart monitor. She was great as well.
