I had a great experience. The gentleman who helped me at patient registration was personable and friendly. The clinical staff was thorough and informative. They reviewed the steps to my procedure and made sure to answer all my questions along with my doctor. The procedure went well and my after care was great. I would go back any time.

From start to finish, Dallas Medical Center exceeded every expectation. Patient Registration was outstanding-the staff were so courteous and friendly, and I was checked in within 5 minutes. Even when there was a small mix-up with my appointment time, they resolved it quickly and professionally, making me feel valued and cared for. The Radiology Department deserves special recognition. I came in for a CT Calcium Scoring, and the radiology team member who performed my scan was exceptionally polite, respectful, and reassuring. He explained the entire process step by step, which eased my nerves, and treated me with genuine kindness. He even allowed my daughter to join me afterward, and we were given a clear printout of my results along with a detailed explanation of what everything meant. That level of care went far beyond what I expected. This was honestly the friendliest hospital I've ever visited. I'm from Florida, and I was blown away by how every single staff member went out of their way to help me. My entire experience at the Dallas Medical Center Radiology Department was a true 10 out of 10 - professional, compassionate, and efficient. I highly recommend this team to anyone seeking preventive heart health screening or radiology services. They turned what could have been a stressful medical test into a positive and reassuring experience, and I am deeply grateful.

Came in with a broken arm and the ER took me in pretty quickly and eventually set my arm in a cast and sling. The nurses were 100% THE BEST in working with me, the doctor was efficient. Both group helped to explain things in easy to understand terms. The front desk was also very efficient in getting my paperwork done and using my insurance to cover 90% of the expenses (thanks you Obamacare !!! )

I had a great experience from registration until I left the hospital. Thank you to all of the staff for the kind words, encouragement and laughter. I had a scan done that I was scared to do because I didnt know what the outcome would be, but everyone was so kind and it helped me get through it. Thanks DMC:-)

The facility is under utilized but well staffed with professionals who serve others with pride and patience. My unique MRI for a TULSA procedure was Outstanding! The support from DMC was exactly as expected from a top notch facility. This gem needs to be revitalized to serve Texan's needs!
