My experience at Providence maternity ward was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff made sure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. The facility was spotless and calm, creating the perfect environment for such an important and emotional time. I especially want to recognize Grace, Letty, and Raquel for their incredible kindness and compassion. These three women went above and beyond to make my experience special. They were patient, understanding, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Whether it was explaining each step of the process, offering comforting words, or simply checking in to make sure I was doing okay, their presence made all the difference. I truly felt like I was surrounded by family. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better team or a better hospital. The level of care I received at Providence maternity unit exceeded all expectations. I'm deeply grateful to Grace, Letty, and Raquel for their dedication and heart. They made my surgery experience not only safe but also filled with warmth and compassion. I would highly recommend this hospital to any expecting mother or if your needing surgery looking for exceptional care.

The surgeons and their staff are great. The exception to receive a higher star rating falls on several nurses at certain stations that are seen on their phones or socializing instead of doing frequent rounds to patients room. More than 4 hours passed after receiving word from all Doctors of being cleared and not 1 nurse followed up with the discharge orders. When asked, the nurse just pointed to computer and stated "the order is not placed, and nothing I can do."....and when students are shadowing, Gloves, Mask, and any Medical Supplies should be ready to use when tending to patient care.

This is my daughter's very first time in a hospital, and she just had appendix surgery. We were told she would need to stay an extra night, and to my shock, the hospital refused to let my husband stay with us overnight. Only one parent is allowed, which feels unreasonable and discriminatory--especially since we live an hour away and our daughter is very upset that her dad had to leave. The room is large, and we are not in the staff's way. We pay for insurance and out-of-pocket expenses, so I expected basic compassion and cleanliness. Instead, the restroom in our room has been dirty since yesterday, and there are no paper towels. I even had to disconnect my child from the PCU wires myself so she could use the restroom, which I feel should absolutely be the nurse's responsibility. To be fair, the nurse we had yesterday was wonderful and caring, but today's experience has been the complete opposite. The lack of support, cleanliness, and flexibility is unacceptable. This has left such a negative impression that I will never bring my family to this hospital again. Patients deserve dignity, compassion, and safe, clean conditions--especially children recovering from surgery. Sadly, that was not our experience here.

This pertains to the peri-op staff specifically. A close family member of mine was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to undergo a mastectomy about a month ago. I had never in my wildest dreams thought we would be treated so well by EVERYONE that we interacted with. This was arguably the most stressful time in my life, but these guys made me feel at ease. Thank you to Norma RN, Lee CRNA, Jennifer CRNA, Dr. Ramirez, Dr. Landeros, Marianna CRNA, Toni RN (who went above and beyond to update me regularly during the 7hr surgery), and the PACU RN (thank you for staying past your time to take care of my mother - believe me, I know how exhausting it is after a long day there). You guys are amazing in what you guys do, thank you. Hopefully this review makes it out of google and you guys are truly recognized for your amazing work.

This was the worst experience of my and my husbands life. Not only did he not get the attention needed I was his nurse except for giving him the meds needed to recover. I asked for a pillow the first day one was never provided to my husband nor were we notified as to why we didn't get one this is day one. Is day one night nurse Esther was rude she got very rude with my husband who was in a lot of pain. She came in twice to our room at our request and then never returned. Day 2 was with nurse Axxel now he was boarding on patient abuse he was pulling at my husbands arm instead of asking for it. My husbands iv was not working this nurse poked him about 4 different times after hurting him and we still had another nurse redo his iv. All the while my husband is not getting iv or meds he's needing. There is so much more but I will be contacting Armando Roman so he knows how bad it was. If you can avoid this hospital please avoid it.
