I was very pleased with Dr Medrano & the explanation he gave me about my results & more so that he was happy to give me the good news. I highly recommend the staff responsible of the procedure results to pay closer attention to every single patient that has a procedure done & is waiting to get their results as it's already nerve-wracking especially more when nobody is looking into this, No body called to tell me my results for more than 4 months & that's NOT acceptable. Thank God I was able to make an appointment & finally got my results. I want to thank Lupita for her wonderful customer service.
