He didn't complete my FMLA correctly so my employer will be refusing it. I've been calling the clinic several times. Dr. Palacios finally responded by just adding his signature on the missed information (question #6). He knows better. The question did not require a signature. I find this unprofessional.

Dr. Palacios overall was a great doctor but my family and I had to switch him as our PCP because getting a hold of his office is the hardest thing ever. I probably called a total of 15 times and left voicemails in the span of 2 months and only once did they call me back and then I never got in touch with them again. My dad is someone who requires consistent check ins with his PCP and every time he would call they would never answer or call him back weeks later. Similar to other reviews, the reason I would not recommend this doctor is because his front desk people never answer.

Worse experience. Stay away from this place. You can never get a hold of anyone only when they are calling to confirm that you are making the appointment so they can charge your your Medicare. They do not care for any patient health. Finally moved to a new primary doctor and requested medical records repeatedly, finally had to go in person to pick up medical records and they charged $25 for a printed copy. Even though they needed a copy of my power of attorney. Of course they did not pay me to make a copy of my power of attorney. Stay away this place it is a nightmare!!!! I give it zero stars. Oh and the "Dr." Palacios does little to nothing during each visit. He sits at his computer and asks what you are there for even though we've been going for years. You would think he knew why his patient was going in after having patients fill out numerous paperwork and having them come in multiple times a year. No bedside manner whatsoever, and don't get me started on the front desk people or the waiting time when you do have an appointment. Do not recommend this office at all!

He is a nice person but poor doctor. He just sits on computer and does not check you. He does tons of blood tests. He think patient is in the computer. His office never picks a phone nor any one ever returns your message. Overall, I shall not recommend any one to go to him. He never talks about how to take a medicine.

Dr. Marian Palacios seems to be a good Dr. His staff never answered the phone. His assistant has no manners. She is extremely rude and she doesn't care for patients. Bernice denigrated Dr. PALACIOS. She assured me. That Dr. Palacios doesn't care for his patients, and if you needed his signature in any paper, or Refills.. He won't signed or authorities any refills. I was totally disappointed from his services.
