Dr and NPs are great and friendly but I question the priority to patient so because of that one star and because I can call a million times in a day(exaggeration of course) and I don't get a call back ever to my voicemail even after days/weeks and especially no answer each time. I have a hold on an mri just because it hasn't been signed off by the Dr since May 23 and I fear the pain I feel is due to this mass in my kidney, but we'll see how much longer it takes until I get an answer.
