The wait was over an hour and half! Didn't see the doctor until almost 2 hours after my appointment time. That has never happened before and it was explained that a clinic day was cancelled and everyone was rerouted to the doctor's office on what looks like this same day. It was just a thing and shouldn't be a problem moving forward. Beyond that, Dr Mendez was personable and not rushed. He explained things thoroughly like usual. The staff was nice and helpful. Would recommend Cardiology Care Assoc to whoever needs a cardiovascular. I would have given 5 stars but that wait was brutal.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Not sure why they give appointments if they are going to have you wait for 3 hours!! I'm pretty sure they are overbooking in this place that smells like a nursing facility. Can't believe I used up all my "authorized" visits with this specialist and nothing was resolved!! What a waste of time. The facility runs like a free clinic and the staff in the reception area are heard screaming out patient names to elderly people but they are not bothered to get up look around for them (tired). This place is a mess and I made sure to inform my caseworker and my insurance company about it so they would grant more visits with another competent clinic.
