Seems weird that Doctor will not allow another person to be on the room, other than the patient. My mother is 88 yrs old and I have to be with her constantly, Doctor will not allow this...Hmmmm...what is going on closed doors? No longer seeing this Dr. Not to mention wait time of 10 hrs on our first 2 visits. PFFF...

My experience here started off positive. However ended horribly. Being a heart patient is scary enough but for the medical staff not to pay attention to your allergies. O my goodness, they put tape of my chest that contained latex and that has permanently bruised my skin. I'll never forget this horrific trauma as well as, the staff not keeping up with my appointments and trying to charge me for their errors. Just a horrific situation to be in with the people you're trusting to help heal you.

Although a bit of a wait. International Cardiovascular knows what it means to take consideration to their patients. They accommodate with the wait by being able to call you when your time is on for the appointment. They provide assurance and reassurance of the status of your appointment. The work staff is constantly running back and forth working on the documentation of all of us. In addition the doctor takes time to explain throughout the procedure step by step. If any question is asked he doesn't hesitate to answer in detail. Any questions are happy address. Overall with the large amount of patient they do not rush the patient care process, making the time to wait a worth while use of your time

I finally decided to give up on this place. I truly swear that the average wait time for me at this office has been about 4-5hrs (from your apt time). Yesterday I waited 8 hours before I finally gave up and had to pick up my daughter on a school night. My appointment was at 1130am and I finally gave up at 740pm! I told them to just call me with the results before I left. The next day they told me that wouldn't be possible & I'd have to go in for another appointment. Hell no! I'm extremely disappointed. Even if they had a full day emergency, they should notify the people with appointments that there would be over an 8 HOUR DELAY. They don't respect their clients' time at all.

The wait is long but for the time and detail-oriented Dr. Dim I would wait the whole day. Dr. Dim cares about his patients and treats them with the attention they deserve.
