Not happy at all with this physician who never looked outside the box to truly find out what was wrong with my mother. After four hospitalizations I took her to another hospital where a new set of physicians did look outside the box and gave us hope! Hajj is not friendly, persistent to HIS view and only his and worse of all he only wanted to do a post hospitalization follow up via telephone! According to him mom was aspirating on her own saliva, kept pushing that we needed to thicken every single liquid although four tests showed she could swallow correctly. It took my taking her to another hospital and doctor who again did the tests and let us know she was not aspirating and began a complete different approach. Two months later she is doing remarkably well and NO thickening her water and all fluids! Always seek different opinions!
