The wait to see the Dr or NP is 2 hrs minimum! You can't sign in and leave, you have to sit in the room and wait. Additionally, front office staff are short and dismissive when asked questions. They demand a urine sample but don't have the materials necessary to meet the needs of a 92 yr old fragile patient. They expect a urine sample in their cup, that's a ridiculous request for someone who cannot stand, nor balance on their own. Much less aim. The doctor, NP and some MA's are pleasant. I would not recommend this office.

Writing this as I am here waiting to be seen. It is 1pm and my appointment was at 10am. I still have not been seen by Dr.

Dr Rodarte has been my primary doctor for over 10 years. In those years he took very good care of me. I was having some issues, he sent me for the right tests, referred me to the right surgeon and my life was saved. I agree that the staff was nasty and indifferent at times but at my visit today, they couldn't be nicer. Dr Rodarte explained everything to me in detail. He listened to my heart and lungs. He was very thorough.Everyone was nice. He's an excellent doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rodarte for over 10 years and I'm very satisfied with the care he and his staff has provided. Are the wait times sometimes a bit long, yes but that's to be expected with any physician you visit. I set my appointments realizing there might be a long wait. Dr. Rodarte is attentive and listens to his patients, hence the reason for the extended wait times. I've seen other physicians who literally will spend less than 3 minutes hearing your complaint before making a quick diagnosis. Dr. Rodarte and his staff, keep up the great work!

Dr. Rodarte and all his staff are the best. He is very thorough and detailed. I understand some patients may be upset of wait time, but for me it is very much worth it to see that he also will take his time and listen to your concerns. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly and greet you by name before you sign in. That's not something to be said about most providers.
