It was my first appointment to see, Doctor Francisco Gonzalez. I had the best experience seeing him. He said that my condition is not as bad as I thought it was and I don't have to take all of the medications that I was taking. I am very happy about that. I recommend him to everyone who has heart conditions, he will definitely help you with honesty. God bless him .
Hes a kind man, the place is amazing and his staff are very nice, however he didnt help me at all and now im trying to get help. I was diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome and psvt before I went here, I brought all my paperwork and records and he didnt look at it. This electrophysiologist diagnosed me with Pots and inappropriate sinus tach and told me to go to palomas and get medication for it as insurance probably wont cover what he prescribed for me. So I did. I was also told to look up exercises for pots and start exercising. So I did. Neither of these things helped me at all and exercising was very hard I almost passed out alot and I was following the exercises to a T. My heart was going super fast and then my heart rate was dropping at random times so I called this electrophysiologist to let him know what was happening and to see if I could get in early to see him and talk about it. They didnt set up a sooner appointment. He briefly talked to me on the phone and told me "just take more medication" and he'd call me in a few days to see how I was feeling. He never did. I honestly feel like it was a waste of time.
I have been a patient with Dr. Gonzalez for over three years and always enjoy my visits. Dr. Gonzalez has an excellent beside manner. I also want to praise his Nurse Practitioner, Karen for also being kind and understanding. Dr. Gonzalez and his team come highly recommended.
I was referred to Dr Gonzalez and found he and his office staff to be very professional. Dr Gonzalez and the Las Palmas OR team that assisted him were likewise very professional, answered every question I had and treated me with respect. The procedure was successful in treating my issue. I am very happy to have been referred to Dr Gonzalez.
Well worth the wait!! Office personnel were great. Starting with the front office. It continued with Krystal, MA, followed by Karen, NP. The greatest was Dr. Gonzalez. He had a great bedside matter . 1The doctor was confident, pleasant and very reassuring and answered every question that I had. He made me feel at ease, reassured on my decision for my intervention. Lovely office, and great doctor. Looking forward to feeling and beening blessed with my health in his hands!
