Dr. Xavier J. Munoz, DO

Today I went in to Dr. Munoz's Office, I find it very pleasant when I get greeted and welcomed by the receptionist Suzie! As we were having a great conversation; it was very heart breaking to witnessed the Manager ease dropping on the conversation and rolling her eyes, she literally had no shame of how rude she conducts herself!! Again this is not the first time she does this!! I send referrals to Karla Acevedo due to her compassionate, empathetic and work ethics and her love of patient care!! As for Suzie she's extremely compassionate, empathetic, professional and hard working and above all her warm caring welcome when you walk into the office!! It's unfortunate when a Manager conducts herself in such unprofessional manner and especially in front of a patient or a health provider!! I honestly hope this problem gets corrected I would hate not to refer patients because of her conduct and rudeness !!!!!!!!!

Thank you Dr Munoz!! Instead of waiting hours in an emergency room and getting nowhere, Dr Munoz' model of care brought the old school back. I got immediate treatment, tests, and as much communication with him as I wanted for a scary condition. I know that when we're sick and frustrated with the system, sometimes we lash out with reviews as some have done here. Given my experience with Dr Munoz, a family man and a true family doctor, I can only say to take bitter words with a huge grain of salt. I couldn't be happier with the communication, access, and caring follow up. As far as personal ethics and respect for women, I'd bring my daughter here anytime. I know he'd care for her as he does his own. Thanks again Dr Munoz.
