Dr. Ortiz was friendly and extremely understanding. He took time to explain all positively to the situation. He even convinced me for my sake to take the test with a monitor to put me at ease. He is extremely understanding and helpful. Highly would recommend his services.

Patient

The receptionist kept calling over and over several times throughout the day. I was unable to receive the call because I was at the dialysis clinic. I don't have use of my hands during dialysis process. Receptionist also left several voicemails. Then the receptionist decided to call my emergency contact at work. My emergency contact was startled and thought I had been in a accident or suffered some type of medical emergency.and assumed I was in the emergency room. My personal opinion, that was very unprofessional for receptionist to react in that manner. Not everyone is available in that instant. I have several medical conditions and that brought more stress into my life!!!
