After doing a vascular diagnosis on my lower extremities, I still have yet to meet Dr. Chang. After being under Deluca, Dr. Deluca care, I was attended by Dr. Chang. Also going to his office on Remcon. I was attended to for consultation by his nurse practitioner. His reviews state that he's an amiable doctor and I would like to find out for myself.
