Today December 27,2024 I spoke with Arvin Hanan he is suppose to be Virtual Front-desk executive at C-Care Cardiovascular PA, he called us and said that our Insurance was not active. I tried to explain to him that our Insurance was active he kept saying no it is not. I could not understand him cause he doesn't speak good English. I ask him to let me speak to someone that knew more about insurance but he said office was closed. He said we could keep the appointment but it would be self paid. I said no cause we do have insurance , so we canceled the appointment for December 30, 2024. I my self did medical billing for 35 years . So I know what I am talking about. Sorry to say I feel for the patient that go to this place. The office don't know what they are doing.

Dr. Enoch Agunanne has been a tremendous help to my sister. She's been struggling since the spring with many ailments, including severe back pain, an autoimmune disorder, and other things related to her diabetes. If he was a one-stop shop doctor, we would come to him for everything. He is so kind and patient, and his candor is also appreciated.

The doctor and the staff are dedicated to their patients. Friendly and comfortable environment. Thank you for the wonderful care and always listening to your patients. Great place for care!
