The ladies at the windows are rude to the elderly!! In her defense she did call out the patients name 2 times but her window is on the side and the poor old woman was sitting on opposite of side and is very old. The patient did get up and find her and once the husband nicely said maybe you can call them towards the front the lady rudely said "well I called her twice". Lady these patients are mostly elderly you need to understand what that means!!! Rude lady. Then me being in medical field she can not find me with my name... It is my name I checked the portal on my own n she still can't find me!!!

Dr. Soto has been my Cardiologist since 2018 when I suffered my first mild heart attack. Very Professional DR. I would not trade him for another cardiologist.
